How it works
Public records, without the portal grind
- STEP 1
Pick a metro and a trade
Each feed is one metro plus one trade. Add as many as you want; every seat is the same price.
- STEP 2
We collect overnight
At 1 a.m. our job pulls every city and county feed in the metro, removes duplicates, and tags each permit by trade.
- STEP 3
You get one email
At 6 a.m. you get a table of yesterday's permits with a link back to the source record. Export CSV from the dashboard any time.
Four feeds, built around the work each permit creates
Roofing
Re-roof and roof-repair permits, plus storm-damage rebuilds. Sold to roofers canvassing after hail, and to gutter and solar companies who want fresh-roof addresses.
Pools & spas
New pool and spa permits. Fence, landscaping, screen-enclosure, lighting and outdoor-kitchen companies reach the homeowner while the yard is still open.
Solar
Photovoltaic and battery-storage permits. Roofers who inspect before install, electricians, and installers tracking who is winning in each neighborhood.
Remodel & new construction
Remodels, additions and new single-family construction. Every trade that follows the framers: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, cabinets, flooring, painting.
